I Noticed A Small Indention On My Forehead. It Is

I noticed a small indention on my forehead. It is the size and shape of a dime. No bruising and no incident occurrence. Mild dull headache. I do have bad sinuses and can feel the pressure in my cheek bones. My concern is the indention on my forehead? What could have caused this?
