I Noticed A Small Swollen Bump On The Left Side

I noticed a small swollen bump on the left side of my abdomen on Thursday, May 5. I slightly remember running into some things that day so my husband and I just assumed that's what it was from. But since then I've noticed the swelling really hasn't gone down. I've had some constipation, bloating, and gas but I'm not sure if it's related. I have those things on occasion often. The bump doesn't hurt at all and there hasn't been any pain with it. I'm just not sure if I should see a doctor or wait a little longer to see if it goes away on it's own. Thanks.
