I Noticed A Strange Dent Going Across The Front Of

I noticed a strange dent going across the front of my right thigh. It is about an inch wide and goes horizontally across the entire front of the thigh. There is no pain, redness, bruising or anything. It's like the tissue just separated or something. You can see the indent.
