I Noticed A Swelling Over Medial Aspect Of My Leg.

I noticed a swelling over medial aspect of my leg. The overlying skin has no changes. No pus, no blood. The swelling cannot be seen but can be felt, and when shine with white light, I can see that the swelling border is defined and the swelling is a bit yellowish. the swelling feel warmer than the rest of my leg.
