I Noticed A White Bump On My Aerola. I Popped

I noticed a white bump on my aerola. I popped it then noticed a bump underneath. It was warm and painful. A walk in Dr put me on bactrim because I also had a nipple infection from my peircings. The bump grew at first and was painful to touch, now it isn't painful anymore it shrunk a little but its still there. I completed my course of antibiotics today. Should I see a Dr again?
