I Noticed About A Few Minutes Ago That My Eye

I noticed about a few minutes ago that my eye was itchy. I kept itching it vigiorously since the itch would not stop. At one point it seemed like I was growing a lump in my lamicral caruncle. I ran to the bathroom and it seemed to have gotten swollen, not only that but it was also red. Now my eye still itches and it seems hard to blink because of the lump. Is there any home remedies to treat it? Or will it go away on its it own?
