I Noticed Another Person Mentioned A Feeling Like A Bee

I noticed another person mentioned a feeling like a bee sting in the knee. This has recently been happening to me. When I am relaxed it feels throbbing like a wasp or bee pulsating pain. Two years ago I injured my knee getting out of a sports car. It was sore for a few weeks then settled down. I notice now I am unable to squat on this knee now though.
