I Noticed Around Christmas Time Some Blood Traces In My
I noticed around Christmas time some blood traces in my stool. I never experienced blood traces when urinating. ... and it happens only occasionally ... In February I noticed some intolerable anal itching ... I visited my family doctor. He did a simple checkup and concluded that blood trace is not from the stool. I also noticed that I am bloating. In the morning I hardly have any tummy but by the end of the day I feel uncomfortable in my pants. For about 16 years I get serious rushes on my elbow. It took me 14 years to learn, by trial and error, what type of food cause rushes. I can only eat home made prepared food. I can only eat tomatoes that are not sprayed with pesticides/herbicides otherwise the rush takes over half of my upper arm. I cannot eat any food that comes from a box. I must have some allergies to preservatives. I took an allergy test but as per the results it is only the ragweed that I am allergic to. For two years I was symptom free of rush. Unfortunately something brought it back. I used to eat steel cut oats for breakfast. Just after my visit with the family doctor some rushes came out on my feet and upper lip. I did some research and stopped eating still cut oats. The rush on my upper lip did go away and the anal itching subdued. Because of the bloating and because I still have the rush on my foot two weeks ago I decided to go gluten free. The bread I chosen to eat has seeds in it. I am having a colonoscopy tomorrow (because I keep seeing blood traces). This procedure comes with a diet of not being allowed to eat any seeds for a week. So I had to go back to my old bread (golden flex seed bread). I noticed the anal itching is back and is very irritating especially overnight. Meantime by coincidence yesterday I had a pap test and mentioned the bloating (I am 48 years old and my last period was in September 2014). The gynecologist said that my pelvic area is bloated and sent me to a pelvic ultrasound. I was lucky and got an appointment for today. My last pelvic ultrasound was done in August 2014 with no deformities. Today after the exam the examiner did not want to leave the premises. I found it weird. I had to clean up myself in no privacy. This behaviour came across as a red flag so I ended up to go on the web to look up for bloated pelvic and I freaked out myself. I would have couple of questions. The golden flax seed bread is prepared with many type of wheat. I eat this bread for 4 years. I was rush free up till about December. I noticed the bread tastes more sweetish. I did ask in the store and I was told that I am not the first one to noticed changes. It seems that there is more rye used than it was before. Is it possible to become allergic to rye? Having said that I did develop allergy to quinoa. Couple of years ago I started to eat quinoa. I did prepare it just like I would the steel cut oats. In about 6 week I did develop the allergy and had to drop it. I am a road cyclist pedalling about 200 - 300 km weekly. I watch what I eat. My favourite is chickpeas but I cannot eat hummus because I get the rush. It must be the tahini as I use sesame oil in the stir fry and I never get a rush. Is there any test that shows allergies to various types of grain? Is there a relationship between gluten allergy and bloating of the pelvic area? What else could cause rushes on the inside of my foot close to my Achilles hill? - I stopped eating wheat and cold cuts but the rush is still here and itchy. I would like some advice, please. Thank you very much in advance for your reply.
