I Noticed Bruises On My Inner Thighs About A Week

I noticed bruises on my inner thighs about a week ago and I couldn't think of an explanation for them. It has been one week and now my left leg has even more unexplained bruising on the inner thigh. I have been feeling very fatigued and generally sick lately (went to the doctor and they thought I had a viral infection, but i forgot to mention the bruising). Family history (and personal history of symptoms) of autoimmune (lupus, vasculitis, wagers disease, rhynods all run in family)
