I Noticed Dry Patches On Lower Side Stomach About A

I noticed dry patches on lower side stomach about a week ago I think it may be longer but I never paid much attention until the other day when i was rubbing it, it felt very sleek. I decided to take pictures. That's when I noticed it on both of my upper thighs as well I put 100% pure petroleum jelly on the dry areas and that is when it became irritated. I had no burning or itching before. The first couple hours one side felt itchy and kind of burning, the side where it is in the crease by my private and on lower stomach. It got mire red than before and looks raised on the thighs like a rash. When I woke up the next day it was not itching. But today in the crease is kind of burning like cheved skin. I'm in the 200s. I used to be much bigger like in the 360s this has never happened to this magnitude. I had chafing but nothing ever looked like this. Please help I'm very freaked out. I'm celibate for years so its nothing related to sex. I take ativan, narcos, prilosec and , testosterone cyp injection for many years for medical condition. If that helps.
