I Noticed Large Dark Blue Viens In My Breast Recently

I noticed large dark blue viens in my breast recently have popped up also often have random pain in my breasts not related to my cycle, I have not noticed any sizeable lumps ot anything. I have had a partial hysterectomy 5 years ago. I still have my overies and cycle and have tenderness when cycling, I just no longer bleed without my uterus. What could this mean? Should I be concerned and set up an appointment with my OBGYN?
