I Noticed Last Week A Lump Had Formed Around The

I noticed last week a lump had formed around the area where my jaw and ear intersect. This weekend there was another smaller lump just below the first one. I am just wondering if it is something I need to give time to go away or get into the doctor as soon as possible. It is not a cyst or in the skin.
