I Noticed My Left Armpit Was Unusually Smelly And When

I noticed my left armpit was unusually smelly and when I checked I noticed a black spot .I pressed around the spot and out came a smell ball of dry dirt wrapped up with armpit hair. In the place of the ball of dirt,I was left with a small hole although it is painless.I need help, what is the problem
