I Noticed My Lips Peels, Sometimes It Brings Out Water

I noticed my lips peels, sometimes it brings out water like sore makes my lips swell up and drys up Vaseline, camex or sebamed lip defense almost immediately after applying it. I wish I could attach pictures. The dermatologist I saw in 2014 said she is suspecting psoriasis. She asked me to use sebamed lip defense n vitamin E but that didn't help
