I Noticed My Lips Turning From Black To Pink Red

I noticed my lips turning from black to pink red and i'm getting so worried, which led me to conduct a hiv test but it came out negative, someone told me it has something to do with anaemia, and i tested positive to hapetitis, i want to know if hapetitis can cause anaemia which might be causing the changes in lips colour.
