I Noticed My Urine Flow Was Not As Strong....weaker The

I noticed my urine flow was not as strong....weaker the past 3 days. I noted a small amt. of blood when urinating....drank a ton of water....went to urinate again slow flow at first then POW....the flow seemed to return to normal.I previously felt a burning sensation in my penis....that seems to be better, now. Could I have passed a small stone? I DID have a big bladder stone removed a few years ago. I DID have cancer surgery ...prostate removed 10 years ago. PSA tests since have all been excellent. Never had blood show up before...none first incident.
