I Noticed Pain Under My Left Breast Bone Off And

I noticed pain under my left breast bone off and on for the last couple weeks. Yesterday the pain was pretty constant when taking a deep breath. I also feel like I have pressure or something sitting on my chest. This comes and goes.
I had open heart surgery 2 years ago. I had anomaly right coranary artery.
Should I go to er?
I did have a heart cath this past August because of chest pain and abnormal ekg. Everything was ok then.
