I Noticed Quite A While Ago That My Insides Seems

I noticed quite a while ago that my insides seems to have dropped down some into my vagina. I have also noticed a black hole, at least I think it's a hole, about the size of a pea. It's hard for me to get a good look at it, and I'm a widow so I don't have someone to look for me.
