I Noticed Red Thread While Urinating, Previously I Had Problems

I noticed red thread while urinating, previously I had problems with kidney stones but there was no problems after taking antibiotics, this was two years back.

I dont have any problems while urinating or any other pain, recently I had done normal urine test which stated everything is normal. What is the red thead then?
