I Noticed Since 3 Years That I Never Get Fresh

I noticed since 3 years that I never get fresh daily even I tried hard . Sometimes when few days gone without my stool passage ,I forcely tried then my stool came very hard and till now whenever I went to fresh It bleeds...I am a neet aspirant so I had to sit for a long duration..I asked my cousin who is a final year student of Ayurveda .He suggested me Ampilox 250 mg capsule or a syrup Abhayarishta but there is no relief even after taking these medicines, blood came more ..phle like 1-2 drops ki quantity me abhi jyada usse ..please help Doctor
