I Noticed That I Have A Indentation On The Inner

I noticed that I have a indentation on the inner side of my left foot and was wondering if I should worry. More pale then my skin. Also I have had pain in my back heel for the past year and got cortisone shots close to the site. The pain comes when i haven't moved for awhile but gets better with activity.
