I Noticed That I Have The Little Brown Spots That

I noticed that i have the little brown spots that appear randomly, they aren't freckles or age spots. I was just wondering what they are so i know if it's serious or is a symptom of a medication. I've had them since i was little and i get more and more randomly. i just got 3 that are a really light brown on my forearm
