I Noticed That My Breast Seem A Lil Larger Sore,and

I noticed that my breast seem a lil larger sore,and my nipple just hurt.i I thought it was due to a lil weight gain. I also stopped taking my depo shot two months ago. Ive noticed that my blouse had a spot.yes my breast are leaking a foggy liquid and its oily and sticky. I took three pregnancy test all say negative. Should I be concerned
