I Noticed This Last Week, A Bump About Size Of

I noticed this last week, a bump about size of thumb print, tad smaller but around there located under the nose on the side, just above the lip. Kind of hard, does not move around. I can feel it under the lip inside. It show'd up out of no where. I wen tto a dermatologist, was not very happy with her. She said it is kind of hard, don't know what it is, maybe a biopsy could do. I said I have had cancer once before so nervous if its cancer. She said, it could be. WHAT? she assuming, ugh. She said, Will give me antibiotics to take for about a week, here's a ENT business card to call after a week if does go away. I felt she did'nt really give me any info of her expertise. My usual dermatologist who is good retiring , works few days a week and because of it, hard to get it. Where should I go? ENT, really? ice it alot, or warm compression on it. dont want it to be a tumor, kind of concern. thoughts please
