I Noticed This Lump Under My Arm On This Past

I noticed this lump under my arm on this past Friday, and that very same day i started my menstrual. Since then the bump has gotten noticeably bigger and red. I put a warm compress on it a few nights ago, and it mad it even bigger and it sore to the touch. Now its does not hurt, but its very sore. Could it be cancerous?
