I Noticed Today That It Hurt To Swallow, And I

I noticed today that it hurt to swallow, and I was eating soft items grapes and non tempura sushi. I also noticed that my throat feels tight. I just looked into my throat and it looks like really bad ulcers. A few hours ago I started feeling body aches. I took my temperature via auxiliary and I was 99-100. Im not sure if they are related but I figured I'd share all symptoms of discomfort. The ulcers in my throat are looking really scary to me
