I Noticed Today That My Male Cat Has Diarrhea But

I noticed today that my male cat has Diarrhea but with a bad smell and I noticed there was blood completely mixed in it. Now my other 2 female cats I know was effected by another cat that I took in from a friend and later found out that it had Feline Lukeamia. I am debating on if I have to put him down or is this treatable.
