I Noticed Two Marble Size Lumps On The Left Side

I noticed two marble size lumps on the left side of my neck. They move around inside, and are sore to the touch. Then last week, I had one more come up on the other side of my neck. My throat has been slightly sore. But, I have pain radiating all the way up the back of my head. Hurts to laugh, eat, or even turn my head. What could this be?
