I Noticed While Brushing The Top Roof Of My Mouth

I noticed while brushing the top roof of my mouth that it was tender and this is the only time it bothers me. When looking in my mouth you cannot see the bump on the back of my hard plate that I can feel with my tongue. Underneath my soft palate feels like two small knots and following that one of my tonsils looks bumpy as well. They are all on the right side of my mouth. What do you think it could be?
