I Now Have Congestive Heart Failure, Caused By Chemotherapy. My

I now have congestive heart failure, caused by chemotherapy. My heart is only pumping at 20 percent. The have installed a defibrillator, but I still have the irregular heart beat. How long can one live with the heart only pumping 20 percent. I'm taking metopolol now as prescribed and also furosimide and hydralazine.
