I Now Have Very Bad Sinus/cold With Both Of My

I now have very bad sinus/cold with both of my nostrils blocked and I just got done taking a Z-Pak
for an ear infection. The ear cleared up but the rest doesn't want to go away. Will another dose of -Pak work for what I have now? I also have allergies along with sinus problems. I will stop by at the Doctor's office tomorrow. What do you suggest? Thank you
