I Occasionally Get This Pain In My Chest That Radiates

I occasionally get this pain in my chest that radiates up my throat and ears to my head. It's intense almost like the "brain freeze" feeling you get when you eat or drink something really cold to fast. But I'm not eating or drinking anything at the time it happens. It last anywhere from 2-4 minutes till it completely passes and I usually end up with a slight headache. I don't have any difficulty breathing during the episodes. What do you think it could be?
