I Occasionally Have Spells Where My Hands, Feet Get Ice

I occasionally have spells where My hands, feet get ice cold and I freeze so bad that I can't get warm all over and I take the shakes so bad that I can not control it. This always happens at night, sometimes even if I'm a sleep it will wake me up. This is starting to occur more frequently.
