I Occasionally Smoke Meth,like Small Amount On A Weekend, About

I occasionally smoke meth,like small amount on a weekend, about 2 days after stopping I get a slight leakage from my anus that watery and itchy and when I wipe in the bathroom with tissue it's light pink with blood....is the it toxins or something affecting my liver causing the blood?
