I Often Get A Pain That Starts At The Nape

I often get a pain that starts at the nape of my neck and travels up the left side of my head by my ear and then continues to the front of my forehead. It's like a very oak fuel Samantha is so strong g I have to stop my activities and lay down with my head turned to the opposite side. Sometimes they last for 60 secret and go away on their own. Sometimes they last up to 30 min but can be relieved with ibuprofen.

Sometimes they occur when I turn my head a certain way, or hold my shoulders a certain way. Sometimes they just occur without provocation.
