I Often Get These Pimples In My Arm Pits That

I often get these pimples in my arm pits that swell and cause a lot of pain. They get so big that it hurts to move my arm and most of the time I can find a head to them and pop them with a needle but they come back often. Is there still a drawin salve that you can use to use?
