I Often Have Pain In Under My Left Breast. It

I often have pain in under my left breast. It happens when I use those muscles to turn over in bed or lift my self from a chair using those muscles. It is like a spasm or muscle cramp. I have had it several times before but seems to be happening more often? What could it be?
