I Often Than Not Have Numbness In My Toes Nothing

I often than not have numbness in my toes nothing seems to stop it. Then some times sometimes feet and fingers.
I have another question as well about the enter point of an angio gram. It's been over a year, now if I sit wrong or move in certain ways it hurts. Feels like a stabbing wound. Like back when I was in the hospital. The artery broke open and they had to some the bleeding. I am not over weight, I am under weight.
