I Once Had My Ears Pierced But I Let Them

I once had my ears pierced but I let them grow back in. Ever since they grew back at least once a month my ear lobes will get very red, sensitive, painful and warm. If I touch them hard or squeeze them where the once holes where puss and other odd fluids would come out then still hurt and stuff for a while then go a way and Coke back weeks later. I was wondering why it does this and what it is and how I can fix it.
