I Once Read That A Bone Marrow Transplant Could Cute

I once read that a bone marrow transplant could cute hypogammaglobinemia. Is this true? I've been doing at home sub-cu infusions for about 4 years now, they take over 5 hours each time. I still get serious infections and am hospitalized at least once a year. Please tell me there is a possible cure.
