I onl have one kidney, aiready lost kidey on my left side. was recently i hospital after collasping with low blood pressure. my diagnoses when left hospital was Syncope and collapse, and acute renal Failure (Arf)(Hcc) Can you explain exactly what this means and what I should do about it
