I Only Have My Granddaughter Occasionally But She Has Had

I only have my granddaughter occasionally but she has had many of the same symptoms EVERY time I see her but they go away or get better after being in my care. These symptoms are severe cough, stomach pains, green feces and shaky hands (mostly in the mornings). The cough (like a seal bark) is also always there when I talk to her on the phone and the green feces is usually dark green when she first comes to visit but lighter green by the time she goes home ( the last time she visited for 15 days). Can you give me some advice? I am really concerned about her well being.
