I Only Have One Quator Of My Thyroid I Am

I only have one quator of my thyroid I am taking synthroid 100 mg I sweat unbleaveaable sometimes chest pains am tired all the time and keep gaining weight can I take something natural and get off synthroid
I have read people say they took something else and the weight started comming off please help
