I Only Rub My Testicle Bag.suddenly Blood Starts. I Go

I only rub my testicle bag.suddenly blood starts. I go to bathroom and see that it is coming from a tiny hole in bag skin. But it did not stop. I pinch it tightly and lay down to decrease blood pressure. Now bleedings stop. My question is it is OK now. It will not bleed again. What is reason of that and what else I should to do for safety.
