I ot myself an Alpha Lipoic Acid supplement which includes grape seed extract and Bioperine (Black pepper)!
It says on the bottle not to take it if I use medications from a doctor and have diabetis and thyroid medication, and others,use lactobacillus acidophilus ....... Can I take this or have to send it back (online orderfrom Well.ca) I used to have an Alpha Lipoic Acid without the additions which I had to take half an hour before breakfast and with no problems the Jamieson brand. What to do now? Please, do you have an answer for me?
