I Overdosed In My Car About 11am And Luckily I

I overdosed in my car about 11am and luckily i had nasal narcan and a friend administered it on me it took 3 if them but i didnt go to hospital its now 230 am could it of wore off n i could still od i dont feel high bit when i start to fall asleep its like i cant wake myself up n i start freaking out til i pull myself awake
