I Painted A Few Small-medium Spots In A Bedroom. Window

I painted a few small-medium spots in a bedroom. Window open and fan on. The smell wasn’t bad so I remained in the room for 15 or so minutes after. I felt lightheaded, short of breath, and had a headache. I still cough every now and then and feel very fatigued. Am I fine or should I see medical attention
