I Passed 12 V DC Of A Few MA Through

I passed 12 V DC of a few mA through my penis for 20 minutes, and now have burn ring-marks at the points where the wires touched the skin. Some are scarred black, and one looks like a nasty cut. I have applied antiseptics, and the nasty cut developed into an edema. What should I do to heal
