I Passed A 6 Centimeter Kidney Stone, I Guess It

I passed a 6 centimeter kidney stone, I guess it doesn't hurt anymore but I feel awful, everything acts and my head hurts. I did go to the ER and they did a scan and gave me a Iv and pain medicine, the inside of my leg hurts and my groin hurts, is this normal?
