I Passed A Strange Looking Piece Of Fatty Material When

I passed a strange looking piece of fatty material when going to the restroom. It was about the size of a butter bean, smooth texture. What I imagine a polyp looks like if I ever saw one. I often pass blood in small amounts when I have a bowel movement. I assumed I have a hemorrhoid but I have never had it checked. I have been having a pressure type feeling in my lower stomach area, kind of like menstrual cramps for about a week now. May or may not be connected. Should I be concerned?
